Virginia joined the BIST Team in 2012. She received her bachelor’s degree in early education and elementary education from Graceland University and also received her early childhood special ed certification. Prior to joining the BIST team, Virginia held various educational positions for 18 years including teacher’s assistant, before and after school supervisor, teacher and learning coach.
