• Teachers new to the profession, early in their career, or changing grade levels
• Instructional Coaches, Instructional Leaders and/or mentor teachers attending side by side with their mentees

    • Building a foundation of structure, consistency and predictability

    • Reflect and adjust: What’s working well, what needs to be adjusted
    • Problem-solving challenges
    • How to make transitions smooth and time-efficient
  • Session 3
    • How to lean into the relationship for our most challenging student(s)
    • Connecting the behavior to the missing skill
    • Pulling parents into a partnership to support their student
  • Session 4
    • Re-Establishing boundaries
    • Resetting/adjusting management strategies
    • Teaching and protecting students with missing skills
  • Session 5
    • How to maintain your stamina and finish the year strong
    • Planning for next year: for yourself, for your students

Each session will be offered at two different times:

3:15 – 4:15 PM Central OR 4:30-5:30 PM Central

Join the session that is most convenient for you.

Cost for the series is $100 (member schools) or $175 (non-member schools).
You will have access to the Zoom link through your account once you are registered (you will also get an email a couple of days prior to each session with the link). The Zoom link will remain the same throughout the series.
