• Teachers new to the profession, early in their career, or changing grade levels
• Instructional Coaches, Instructional Leaders and/or mentor teachers attending side by side with their mentees

Session 1: A Credible Presence in the Classroom
• Building a foundation of structure, consistency, and predictability
• Running smooth and time efficient transitions
Session 2: Teach and Protect What You Expect
• Reflect and adjust: What’s working well? What needs to be adjusted?
• Communication to parents
Session 3: Leaning into Relationship
• Connecting the behavior to the missing skill
• Pulling parents into a partnership to support their student
Session 4: Classroom Reboot
• Re-establishing boundaries
• Resetting/adjusting management strategies
Session 5: Stamina for Spring
• Outlasting the “Yeah, but…”
• Keeping expectations high, and what to do when students don’t rise to the challenge
Session 6: Reflect and Plan
• Identifying pain points for growth next year
• Closing loopholes and strengthening our skills next year

Each session will be offered at two different times:

3:00 – 4:00 PM Central OR 4:15 – 5:15 PM Central

Cost for the series is $100 (member schools) or $175 (non-member schools).
You will have access to the Zoom link through your account once you are registered (you will also get an email a couple of days prior to each session with the link). The Zoom link will remain the same throughout the series.
